The Client Member Outreach Team prepares and executes outreach campaigns for managed care organizations.

The team researches and develops strategic plans through several mediums and collaborates with partners in the local health care community and parent organizations within state and federal regulations.

The Client Member Outreach team aims to expand membership development and patient retention. Our team evaluates and analyzes the potential for membership recruitment with plan partners and helps improve retention rates for existing members while encouraging prevention and awareness.

Advanced MSO’s Client Member Outreach Team provides ongoing education regarding Medi-Cal, Healthy Families and Medicare Advantage products to our contracted clients in accordance with Health Plan and Federal regulations.
